Cooking Instructions

Take zucchini wash properly and peel them

Chop them roughly

Heat oil in a pan

Add cumin seeds and let them splutter

Add chopped ginger and cook for 2-3 mins.

Add tomato paste and stir 2-3 minutes

Add masale

Add some water, mix them well and cook for 4-5 mins.

Add chopped zucchini mix them well

Add 1 cup of water in it and let it cook for 1 whistle.

After 1 whistle check the water consistency if required add water

Serve hot and garnish with coriander
