  1. 1 kggajar/ carrots
  2. 200 gmkhoya / mawa
  3. 1/2 cupmilk
  4. 3 cupsugar
  5. as neededChopped dry fruits
  6. 2 tspcardamom powder
  7. 2 tspghee

    Wash and grate gajar. Cook grated gajar in pressure cooker till 1 whistle.

    In a kadhai add ghee then add grated carrots. Then add sugar. When sugar completely melts and halwa starts becoming thick then add khoya, milk and dryfruits.

    Lastly add elaichi powder and garnish with dryfruits.
