Ingredients

  1. 300 gramsGajar/Carrot grated
  2. 2 Tbspsugar
  3. 1 pinchsalt
  4. 50 gramsKhoya
  5. 2 tsp ghee
  6. 1 tspcardamom powder
  7. as neededdry fruits

Cooking Instructions

    In a wider pan take grated carrot and sugar with a pinch of salt. Saute on medium flame till sugar dissolved.

    Add the Khoya and allow to mix with grated carrot.

    Now mix the ghee, nuts and cardamom powder. Mix well and cook till carrot soften and ghee separate.

    Garnish with chopped nuts and serve.
