  1. 1 litreMilk
  2. 1 tspCardamom powder
  3. 5almonds
  4. pinchSaffron
  5. 1/4 tspkhoya/ mawa
  6. 4Pistachio
  7. to tasteSugar

    Boil the milk in low flame.

    Add cardomon powder and saffron sticks

  3. 3

    Grind almonds to a fine powder and add it to the boiling milk. Keep stiring the milk with a spoon or whisk

  4. 4

    When the milk becomes thick add khoya and sugar

  5. 5

    Whisk it nicely till it gets smooth. Then turn off the flame and allow the milk to cool down

  6. 6

    Then pour the kulfi milk to moulding cups.

  7. 7

    Then refrigerate for 5_6 hours and serve it with some finely chopped almonds and pistachio
