Soft and pillowy milk based dough, wrapped around a sweet ketchup glazed hotdog. Perfect for your next big game appetizer.

Mix warm milk, yeast, and sugar or honey. Let sit for 10 minutes until foamy.

Add bread flour, cake flour, salt, melted butter, egg, and yolk. Knead until smooth.

Let dough rise for 90 minutes until doubled.

In a pan, cook hotdogs with ketchup, brown sugar, and sesame oil. Add cornstarch slurry slowly to thicken.

Divide dough into 12 even pieces. Flatten each and wrap around a hotdog.

Place on a tray and let rise for 30 minutes.

Brush with egg wash, top with cheese and green onion.

Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes until golden.
Tips
Add cheese before putting in the oven for extra flavor.
