  1. 225 gJapanese rice
  2. 270 mlWater for cooking rice
  3. 1fillet Raw salmon
  4. Some Dried Japanese seaweed Wakame
  5. 1tea spoon Dashi powder
  6. Some White sesame
  7. To taste Salt

Cara Memasak

5mins preparation 45mins in a rice cooker
  1. 1

    Wash the rice, add water, dashi powder and salt. Soak wakame in water and leave it(We will mix Wakame once we cook the rice).

    Place a salmon fillet in a rice cooker and press starting cooking button!

  3. 3

    Once it’s cooked, add Wakame(drain water) and mix well.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle some sesame seeds and enjoy!
