  1. Chicken preparation
  2. 400 gChicken thighs
  3. 1tea spoon Sugar
  4. To taste Salt and pepper
  5. 2tea spoons Grated garlic 🧄
  6. 3-4table spoons Corn starch
  7. 2-3table spoon Oil for frying chicken
  8. Teriyaki Sauce
  9. 3table spoons Soy sauce
  10. 2table spoons Sugar
  11. 1table spoon Halal mirin
  12. 2tea spoons Sesame oil
  13. 1tea spoon Honey 🍯
  14. 1tea spoon Grated garlic 🧄
  15. Optional topping
  16. 10 cmGreen Japanese leek

Cara Memasak

    Mix all the ingredients for the teriyaki sauce in a small bowl.

    Cut chicken thigh in bite pieces, sprinkle sugar, salt and pepper. Mix with grated garlic too. Leave it for 5-10 mins.

    Coat the marinated chicken with corn starch.

  4. 4

    Heat some oil in a pan and start frying under the medium heat. Do not move much until you turn them over.

    Once one side becomes crispy brown, turn over the chicken.

  6. 6

    When both sides are well cooked, add the teriyaki sauce and coat all the chicken. Make the sauce thicker and remove from the heat before getting burnt.

    Cut some leek and sprinkle on top. Enjoy!
