昨天老公幫我修好電腦後,居然挾恩圖報,雙眼亮閃閃的說要吃糖葫蘆,於是於是今天就有了新的食譜,亮閃閃的糖葫蘆!
傳統的糖葫蘆是用山楂製做的,隨著時代改變,現今許多的水果都可以製成糖葫蘆。
After fixing my computer yesterday, my husband asked for a favor in return. With his eyes shining bright, he requested candied hawthorn berries. So today, I came up with a new recipe for sparkling candied hawthorn berries!
Traditionally, candied hawthorn berries are made using hawthorn fruit, but with changing times, nowadays many different fruits can be used to make candied hawthorn berries.

After fixing my computer yesterday, my husband asked for a favor in return. With his eyes shining bright, he requested candied hawthorn berries. So today, I came up with a new recipe for sparkling candied hawthorn berries!
Traditionally, candied hawthorn berries are made using hawthorn fruit, but with changing times, nowadays many different fruits can be used to make candied hawthorn berries.
料理步驟

將水果洗好擦乾,插入竹籤 。
Wash and dry the fruit, then insert bamboo sticks. - 2
將白糖和1/4的涼水放入鍋中,小火煮融化,過程中不可攪拌。
In a pot, mix the sugar and 1/4 of the cold water together. Heat the pot over low heat until the sugar has melted, without stirring. - 3
可以稍微開大一點火,不可攪拌,只可搖晃鍋子,煮到糖呈現微黃後轉小火,小心煮過頭會變苦苦的焦糖喔。
Once the sugar has melted, you can slightly increase the heat, but do not stir the mixture. Shake the pot occasionally and cook until the sugar turns slightly yellow. Be careful not to overcook, or it will become bitter. Once it's done, turn the heat to low. - 4
準備一碗涼水,滴一滴糖進去,涼了的糖應該是硬的,如果是軟的代表糖還需繼續煮。
Prepare a bowl of cold water. Take a small amount of the sugar mixture and drop it into the bowl. The cooled sugar should harden. If it is still soft, it means the sugar needs to be boiled longer. - 5
關火(裹的慢的話可以開最小火,以免糖漿凝固),將水果快速裹上一層糖衣,建議一次沾一顆就好了,不然容易燙到,可以的話戴手套裹更安全。
Turn off the heat (or keep the pot on the lowest heat if you're wrapping the fruit slowly) and quickly coat each piece of fruit with a layer of sugar coating. It is recommended to dip one piece of fruit at a time to avoid burning. If possible, wear gloves for safety. - 6
放涼後,甜甜脆脆的糖葫蘆就完成啦!放冷藏冰冰涼涼的會更好吃喔!
(不建議直接丟進冷水中冷卻,因為這樣的糖葫蘆,放個五分鐘糖殼就會溶化)。
Once the fruit is coated and has cooled, the sweet and crunchy "candied hawthorn berries" are ready to eat! For best results, refrigerate with ice. Avoid cooling the "candied haws" directly in cold water, as they will melt after five minutes. - 7
最後鍋子可以加點水把糖漿煮成糖水,這樣比較好清洗喔!
Finally, to clean the pot, add some water and boil the syrup to make sugar water. This will make cleaning easier.
