Ingredients

  1. 1 cupMaida
  2. 2 tbspcornflour
  3. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  4. 1 tspbaking powder
  5. 1 cupsugar powder
  6. 3-4 dropsvanilla essence
  7. 1 cupbuttermilk
  8. 1/4 cupoil/ melted butter

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl shift together flour, cornflour, baking powder and baking soda.

    In another bowl cream together sugar and oil and add vanilla essence into it.

    Now in above creamy mixture add dry ingredients in parts and mix them well. Now slowly add buttermilk in parts. Combine everything well.

    Batter should not be thick. It should be flowly condition. Place butter paper in tin pour the batter into the tin. Bake it into preheated cooker for arround 35-45min. After 45min insert the toothpick in middle if it comes clear cake is ready.

    After taking it out from cooker let it cool down completely then demould the cake and serve it.
