Ingredients

  1. 1thawed Pampano / Pompano / Pomfret fish or other
  2. as neededKalamansi or lemon,
  3. as neededSalt,
  4. as neededPepper,
  5. Chicken salt powder or other Seasoning powder
  6. Few drops Knorr Liquid Seasoning
  7. Cooking Oil (spray)

Cooking Instructions

    After cleaning the fish, rub with salt including the inside of the head and meat you can reach from the cut.

    Spray both sides lightly with oil. Season with above listed ingredients on both sides.

  3. 3

    Lay on mesh tray and place in the middle of the AF. Air fry for 15 mins at 180C, flipping half way.

  4. 4

    Increase to 200C and cook for an addtional 3 mins on each side to brown or crisp the skin.

  5. 5

    Serve with a side of kalamansi or lemon slices.
