Cooking Instructions

Soak the noodles according to the instructions on the bag, set aside

Put oil in a large skillet on med heat

Add garlic and onion and cook till onions are soft, about 10 min

Add cabbage and carrots, and cook till soft, about 15 min

Drain excess water, then add the cooked chicken

Add soy sauce and rice vinigar and cook for 5 more min on low till the sauce is absorbed into chicken and veggies

Scoup mixture into bowl, leaving the liquids and seasonings in pan

Add drained noodles to pan and cook according to bag instructions about 5 min

Season to taste

Toss noodles and chicken veggie mix together in a bowl
