This is a very unique kind of pakora/ fritters that are made from lentil instead of gram flour. They taste awesome and I make them every year during Ramadan.
Cooking Instructions

Grind Chanay Ki daal in a food processor by adding about 1/4 cup water or as much required to make a coarse batter.
- 2
Transfer to a bowl and mix in the rest of the ingredients.
- 3
Using wet hands make circular shaped patties smaller than kebabs.
- 4
Deep fry them in oil till they turn golden on each side.
- 5
Serve with tamarind sauce.
