In a deep kadhai take gram flour.now add curd and water in it.add chilli ginger paste,salt, turmeric, asafoetida,sugar in it.

Blend with hand blender without any lumps.make a smooth and lumps free better.cook in medium flame.stir continuesly.when it's thik off the flame.

Instantly spread in a clean surface or plastic paper with the help of flat ladle as it is hot.after spreading give cut and roll it.cut roll in small pieces.sprinkle some red chilli powder.

For tempering take a small Kadai add oil.heat the oil add mustard seeds and saseme seed in it.pour it on khandvi roll.add coriander leaves, and coconut chura.serve with meals or relish as it anytime..
