Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbesan
  2. 3 cupbuttermilk
  3. 2 inchginger, ,
  4. 2 green chilli
  5. 1/2 tbsp jeera
  6. 2 pinchsalt,
  7. 3 table spoon oil
  8. 1/2 tables poonturmeric
  9. 1 tbsplemon juice
  10. 1 pinchheeng
  11. 1 tbspmustard seeds,
  12. 1-2kadi patta
  13. 5-6dhania leaves for garnishing
  14. 1 tbspcoconut powder (naariyal chura)

Cooking Instructions

    Now put this mixture in kadhai and cook for 7-8 minutes with low sim (dheemi aanch par pakana hai) till it becomes thick batter

    We can use that 7-8 minutes by oiling the reverse side of steel plate...And when the mixture is ready we have to quickly spred on the reverse side of oiled plate

    When it cool, cut into strips of 2inches wide & roll them tightly...Now in kadai put 2 tbsp of oil and heat it. put jeera, heeng, mustard seeds, kadi patta (if we want to use)

    Take a bowl and add besan, buttermilk,coconut powder, turmeric, salt, lemon juice, ginger and green chilli paste.. Mix the mixture either with blender or madhani in such a way that there should be no lump formed..

    Now pour it on the rolls and garnish with dhania leaves.SERVE
