Seasoned Tofu with Peanut Sauce (Vegan)

Ingredients

1-2 servings
  1. 120 gFirm Tofu
  2. 2 TbspRapeseed Oil
  3. 1 TbspVegan Red curry or Panang curry paste
  4. 150 mlcoconut milk
  5. 1 TspTamarind paste
  6. 1 TbspPalm sugar or sugar
  7. Salt & Pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Cut tofu to large pieces and season all sides with salt & pepper

  2. 2

    Heat up the pan with oil and fry tofu until they are golden. Leave them on the side

  3. 3

    Making peanut sauce by heat up coconut milk with medium high heat. Then add curry paste. Move them around.

    Add tamarind and sugar.. cook and stir around 3-4 minutes.

    Add peanuts and stir. Taste and add some salt. It’s now ready to be served.
