Ingredients

  1. 1 cupboondi
  2. 2finely chopped tomatoes
  3. 1finely chopped onion
  4. 2finely chopped green chili
  5. 1 tspgrated ginger
  6. 1/2 tspJeera /cumin seeds
  7. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1/4 teaspoongaram masala
  10. 1 tbspoil
  11. As per TasteSalt
  12. As RequiredCoriander leaves for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Heat a frying pan and add oil to it add cumin seeds,hing,and let.it splutter

    Niw add chopped onion and saute till onions are translucent add green chili ginger and saute for few seconds

  3. 3

    Now add chopped tomatoes and saute till tomatoes are mushy add all spices and saute lower the flame add water and salt and boil now add boondi let it simmer for few minutes

    Transfer in.a serving bowl and garnish with fresh coriander leaves serve roti
