First of all take a bowl and put maida,atta suji and besan in it add ghee and mix properly

Add jeera,ajwain and kasoori methi in it and mix together add water and make a hard dough

Heat oil in a kadahi in a medium flame

Now make small balls for mathari
Shape it with help of hand - 5
Give the mathari shapes of all balls now fry it in a low flame
- 6
Fry properly from both side until it get golden brown than remove from the oil and let it cool
- 7
Mathari is a delicious snacks and perfect for evening with tea Enjoy!!!
