  1. 200 gmsmaida
  2. 100 gmswheat flour
  3. 50 gmssuji
  4. 50 gmsbesan
  5. 1 tablespoonkasoori methi
  6. 1 teaspoongota jeera
  7. 1 teaspoonajwain
  8. As per tasteSalt
  9. 2 tablespoonsghee
  10. As required Mustard oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    First of all take a bowl and put maida,atta suji and besan in it add ghee and mix properly

  2. 2

    Add jeera,ajwain and kasoori methi in it and mix together add water and make a hard dough

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a kadahi in a medium flame

  4. 4

    Now make small balls for mathari
    Shape it with help of hand

  5. 5

    Give the mathari shapes of all balls now fry it in a low flame

  6. 6

    Fry properly from both side until it get golden brown than remove from the oil and let it cool

  7. 7

    Mathari is a delicious snacks and perfect for evening with tea Enjoy!!!
