Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cupfresh thick curd
  2. 1/4 cupAlphonso mango pulp
  3. 2-3 tbspsugar as per taste
  4. 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  5. 2 tbspwarm milk
  6. 1 pinchsaffron strands
  7. cubesIce
  8. as requiredPistachio flakes
  9. as requiredsaffron strands to garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Dissolve saffron strands in warm milk.

    In a big deep vessel or in a mixer add curd, sugar, Alphonso mango pulp, saffron milk, cardamom powder, ice cubes.

    Blend for few minutes till a smooth mixture is formed.

    Relish refreshing Mango lassi on a summer day! Ready to Serve.

    Put 4-5 ice cubes in a glass. Pour prepared mango lassi on it. Garnish with pistachio flakes and saffron strands.
