Dissolve saffron strands in warm milk.

In a big deep vessel or in a mixer add curd, sugar, Alphonso mango pulp, saffron milk, cardamom powder, ice cubes.

Blend for few minutes till a smooth mixture is formed.

Relish refreshing Mango lassi on a summer day! Ready to Serve.

Put 4-5 ice cubes in a glass. Pour prepared mango lassi on it. Garnish with pistachio flakes and saffron strands.
