Ingredients

  1. 500 gmsChicken
  2. 250 gmsOnion finely chopped
  3. 2 tbspGinger garlic paste
  4. 1chopped tomatoes
  5. 4 tbspOil
  6. 2Bay leaves
  7. 4Clove
  8. 2Cardamoms
  9. 1Black cardamom
  10. 4Black pepper
  11. 2 piecesCinnamon
  12. 1/2 teaspoonMace and nutmeg (javitri and jaifal) powder )
  13. 1 tbspRed chilli powder
  14. 2 tbspCoriander leaves
  15. 1/2 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  16. as per tasteSalt
  17. 1 tbspGaram masala

Cooking Instructions

45 minutes.

    Wash chicken properly.
    Now heat oil in a pan or add spices, onion, garlic ginger paste.

    When onion becomes slightly transparent then add chicken tomatoes and salt and all the dried spices and then stir together.

    Now cover the pan and keep it to cook and keep going in between, keep checking whether the chicken is cooked or not.

    After the chicken is cooked, now your chicken is ready.
