Ingredients

for four servin
  1. 250 gmspaneer
  2. 3onions(cut into pieces)
  3. 12-14garlic cloves
  4. 1/2"inch ginger
  5. 2-3 spoonscream
  6. 2 spoonskaju paste
  7. 1/2 cupmilk
  8. 1 spoonsugar
  9. 1/2 cup tomato puree
  10. 1 tspDry roasted garam masala
  11. 1/4 tsp white jeera
  12. 1/4 tspblack jeera
  13. 4 Bay leaves
  14. 1 inchcinnamon
  15. 4cloves
  16. 1 piecejavitri
  17. 2 pinchesnutmeg powder
  18. 4-5green cardamoms
  19. 2black cardamoms
  20. 2green chillies
  21. 4 spoonsdesi ghee
  22. SomeWater
  23. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly cut the paneer into pieces of one inches

    Roast the material of garam masala which is mentioned in the in upper side.Cut the onion, ginger garlic into a mixer jaar and after that put the roasted masala on it and mix some water and make a fine paste. Keep aside this paste

    Then keep a kadhai on the gas flame and put four spoon of desi ghee on it. After that put the onion and garam masala paste on it and fry till the colour change into pink

    After that mix tomato puree and some water and milk and boil it, when it has become cooked properly then u ll have to put the salt on it and sugar also. After that keep the pieces of paneer on it and boil it after that mix the kaju paste in cream and four spoon of milk and mix into the paneer gravy and keep out from the gas burner and garnish it from the coriander and cream and serve hot with roti, paratha naan and kulcha
