Today I posted one of my favourite and quick and easy receipe poha
Cooking Instructions

First wash and rinse the poha in one bowl and kept aside. Mix red chilli powder, chat masala and black salt in a bowl and kept aside.

Now in a pan add oil. When oil gets hot add jeera and hing(asofotida). Saute it for 10 seconds now add green chilli and curry leaves. Mix it then add tarmaric powder. Mix it and add 6 to 7 tbspoon water to eat..now quickly add salt sugar and lemon juice to that boiling water

After sugar desolved in water add the poha and mix it properly and put a lid to the pan and cook for 2 min. Finaly add chopped coriander to the poha.

For garnishing take a poha in a plate. Sprinkle that masala which we have made earlier..add tomatoes to the top and if you want you can add chopped onion too..add besan sev and masala bundi..serve it immediately..your healthy breakfast is ready 😊
