Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsrice cooked (I have used basmati rice)
  2. 2 tbspoil
  3. 1/2 cupspring onion bulbs sliced
  4. 1/4 cupFrench beans finely chopped
  5. 1/2 cupcarrot chopped finely
  6. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  7. 1 tsplight soy sauce
  8. 1/2 tspwhite vinegar
  9. 1/2 cupspring onion greens chopped finely
  10. as per tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a kadai add the sliced onions saute for a minute add carrots and French beans saute for 3 to 4 mins.

    Add the cooked rice,pepper powder, salt,light soy sauce, vinegar and spring onion greens leaving few for garnishing mix gently without breaking the rice,cook on medium flame for 2 to 3 mins.
    Garnish with the remaining spring onion greens
