  1. 1/2 cuppuree mango
  2. 1/2 cupcoconut milk
  3. 1/4 cupwater
  4. 1 tspagar agar powder
  5. as per taste Sugar As per taste

    In a blender, add your mango puree and coconut milk. Then blend until smooth

    In a small pan whisk together your water and agar agar powder. Bring to a rolling boil. Turn off the heat.

    Next, stir in your mango puree until well combined.

    Lastly pour your mango pudding into a mould. Chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours until set.

    Enjoy your Asian Mango pudding!!
