Ingredients

15 minutes
8 to 10 serving
  • 10 gramsagar agar
  • 1and 1/2 tbsp pineapple flavoured jelly powder
  • as required Fruits like orange and mango for garnish
  • 10 tbspsugar
  • 900 mlwater

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and soak agar agar for 10 minutes

    After 10 minutes strain the water

  3. 3

    In to that add 900ml of water,sugar and let in cook until it dissolves.

  4. 4

    When it dissolves strain.

  5. 5

    Add jelly powder into the strained agar agar

  6. 6

    When it slightly cool add fruits

    Let it set in refrigerator for 2 hours

    After 2 hours cut and serve chilled
