Cooking Instructions

In a bowl, chop the tomatoes and onions and add them

Slice up the brawns into small pieces and place them in a separate bowl

Break the eggs in a separate bowl and mix them gently
- 4
In a frying pan, fry your onion until golden brown then add the tomatoes
- 5
Cook tomatoes until the form a thick paste then sprinkle some black pepper and salt then add your brawn.

Cook for 2 minutes then pour the egg mixture over them and stir
- 7
Cook to desired consistency and serve hot.
- 8
Serve with bread or chapo and a cup of tea.
