  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. As per taste Salt
  3. as neededWater
  4. 2 tspoil
  5. As requiredOil to fry
  6. 3boiled potatoes
  7. 1chopped tomato
  8. 1 tsphaldi
  9. 1 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1 tspdhaniya jeera powder
  11. 1 tspMustard seeds
  12. 1 tspcumin seeds
  13. As RequiredCoriander leaves for garnishing

    Take wheat flour, add oil, salt, cumin seed and add water as needed and knead a dough. Divide the dough into a small ball and make a small puri with a rolling pin and fry it a hot oil..

    Heat a pan, add oil, add mustard seed add a pinch of hing, add roughly chopped boiled potatoes, add all dry masala and give a quick mix add water,adjust the consistency of water needed. Add salt, sugar, and chopped tomato and mix it properly

    Allow it to boil for 5 min, off the flame, remove aloo sabji in a serving bowl and garnish with fresh coriander.

    Serve aloo sabji with garam jeera puri and green chili pickle and enjoy.
