  1. 400grams of Chicken Thigh or Leg
  2. For Marinade
  3. 1 tbspchicken powder
  4. 1 tbspsweet soy sauce
  5. 1/2 tsppepper
  6. 4 tbsppeanut butter
  7. 1 tbspthick coconut milk
  8. 2 pcshallot
  9. 1clove garlic
  10. Peanut Sauce
  11. 3 tbsppeanut butter
  12. 1 tbspfried shallots
  13. 1/2 tbspfried garlic
  14. 1/2 tspsalt
  15. 200 mlwater
  16. 1 tbspsweet soy sauce
  17. 1/2 tspflavour enhancer

Cara Membuat

    Slice the chicken lengthwise

    Marinate the chicken with all ingredients above for 2 hours minimum in fridge

  3. 3

    For the peanut sauce, mix all the peanut sauce ingredients and cook and stir until thickens

  4. 4

    Once you have done the marinade, put all the chicken slice into the bamboo stick as a chicken satay. Limit the slice to max 4 in a stick.

    Pre Heat the oven with 180 degree Celsius for 10 mins. Put the Chicken Satay in the oven with 180 degree Celsius for 20-25 mins. Don’t forget to rotate the chicken satay every 5 mins.
