Agua de pepino y limón (cucumber & lime water)

Ingredients

  1. 4Persian cucumber
  2. Mint (yerba Buena) 2-3 sprigs
  3. Water
  4. 3Limes
  5. zest of 3 limes
  6. Sugar 1/2 cup or to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Grab cucumbers and cut off edges, cut in pieces to blend. Chop mint leaves.

    Zest 3 limes then add all to blender and squish lime juice in blender.

  3. 3

    Add sugar and water and blend

  4. 4

    Add to larger container to dilute as needed. Roughly 2.5 liters (2.5qts) and add ice. Enjoy
