After trying Agua de Melon at the local Cardenas Market, i knew i had to have it in my life forever, it is so delicious. Fresh and crisp. And super simple to make.
Cooking Instructions

Chop the melon into cubes. Put into the blender. Fill with water a little past melon chunks. Blend 3 minutes.
- 2
Place a strainer over a pitcher, and pour the blended melon through. With spoon press the melon compote down to let out more juice into pitcher.add sugar to taste. Add ice!
