Quick, easy and fully loaded with vegetables sandwiches. My kids like it very much. it can be ideal morning breakfast recipe or for a quick bite before or after lunch for munching. unlike other sandwich recipes, mayo sandwich can be prepared within minutes with choice of veggies for dressing.

Ingredients

10 minutes
3-4 servings
  1. 6-8bread slices
  2. 1/2 cupmayonnaise
  3. 1granted carrot
  4. 1/4 cupcapsicum
  5. 1/4 cupcabbage
  6. 1/4 cupFinely chopped cucumber
  7. 1/4 tspchilli flakes
  8. 1/4 tsporegano
  9. As per taste Salt to taste
  10. as requiredGhee/ butter for roasting

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take mayonnaise.

    Add in chopped and grated vegetables, chilli flakes, oregano and salt.

    Mix well making sure everything is combined well.

    Now spread 2 tbsp of prepared mayonnaise spread.

    Over another bread slice and place over stuffing.

    Toast upon grill pan sandwich with butter on both sides.

  7. 7

    Finally, cut the bread into half and serve.
