Cooking Instructions
- 1
Slice the cabbage roughly. Put the cabbage and salt in a bowl and rub the cabbage to let it absorb the salt. Let it sit for about 5 minutes.
- 2
Squeeze the excess moisture of cabbage. Combine the ham, sliced cabbage and mayonnaise.
- 3
Toast the bread lightly and spread some mayonnaise (not included in the ingredients list) thinly on the sides to face the filling. Cut in half and put the filling between the slices.

Egg-Mayo for Sandwich Fillings Egg-Mayo for Sandwich Fillings
Recently I've become obsessed with homemade bread, and I made this while waiting for the bread to bake. It's not really a recipe, but I added margarine, which gave it a rich and delicious taste, so I uploaded it.It's easy because you just mix it as while mashing the egg with a fork. You don't have to melt the margarine first. Adjust the amount of Krazy Salt to your liking. If you put too much in at once, it will become too salty, so be careful. I added basil this time because I felt like it, but it is optional. Recipe by Lesser Panda cookpad.japan -
Sweet Onion and Tuna Sandwich with Sweet Chilli Sauce and Mayonnaise♪ Sweet Onion and Tuna Sandwich with Sweet Chilli Sauce and Mayonnaise♪
User "mybinue's" chili dip was very tasty, so I tried using it in a bagel sandwich. It will be tastier if you use sweet onions. User "umemikki" said that it's nice with normal onions if you fry them first. This time I used non-oil tuna. If you are using tuna packed in oil, make sure you drain it well. Hearty Cabbage Sandwich Hearty Cabbage Sandwich
This sandwich is served at an old-fashioned coffee shop (not a modern cafe) near my house. There's nothing special about it, but it's really tasty! It's easy to make too, so I make it often at home. When piling the filling, put everything between the ham and cheese to prevent the bread from becoming soggy from the dressing. Just put the dressing on the cabbage. Use Thousand Island dressing if you can! Add lots of cabbage for a hearty and crunchy deliciousness! Recipe by Shiropiyo cookpad.japan
