    Take a wheat flour add a pinch of salt 2 tbsp oil n add water slowly slowly n make a dough, now our poori dough is ready to make a puri take a dry flour also take a medium portion of dough n make a big Chapati with d help of rolling pin n take small any lid n give a round shape of poori with d help of lid, heat d kadhai pour oil n heat d oil.

    If oil is hot n fry d puri one by one fry both d side n remove from kadhai into d tissue paper.
