    Collect cream from milk after boiling for a few days

    Pour the collected cream in a bowl and beat using a hand mixer.

    Beat until water(buttermilk) forms and butter is formed usually its yellow in colour
    TIP
    Add a little milk before you start beating and mix with the cream

    Separate the butter from the buttermilk

    Collect the buttermilk and put in a bottle in the fridge for those yummy and fluffy buttermilk pancakes 😉😉

    Wash the butter in cold water I use water from the fridge.
    Wash 3 to 4 times

  7. 7

    Place your butter in your tin and refrigerate.
    Thank me later when you pass by the butter aisle in the supermarket and you smile because you have known how to make yours 🤣🤣🤣🤣
