I heard someone tried to cook my ‘Baked Hot Chicken Wings’ using Gochujang for the sauce. Gochujang is a Korean sweet & spicy chilli paste. Gochujang version of ‘Baked Hot Chicken Wings’ sounded very interesting and I tried to cook it. I liked the sauce I made, and the Chicken Wings were delicious, but I thought Chicken Fillets would be a lot nicer because I wanted to eat them with Rice. And, the easiest way to cook Chicken Fillets is a frying pan. If you don’t have a large frying pan, you can bake them in the oven.
