Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupsavoury boondi
  2. 1 cupthick curd
  3. 1 cupWarm Water
  4. 1 teaspoonCoriander leaves chopped
  5. 1/4 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  6. as per tasteSalt
  7. 1/4 teaspoonmango powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take boondi in a bowl. Add warm water and keep aside for 2-3 minutes
    This will help to remove the excess oil from the boondi and make the boondi soft and absorb the curd well.

    In a separate bowl, add curd and salt. Mix properly

  3. 3

    Now drain all the water form the soaked boondi and add it to the curd.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle some chilli powder, mango powder and coriander leaves.
