Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsall-purpose flour
  2. 4medium ripe bananas, mashed, or more to taste
  3. 1/2 cupwhite sugar
  4. 1/2 cupbutter, melted
  5. 1/2 cupmini chocolatechips (Optional)
  6. 2large egg
  7. 2 teaspoonsbaking soda
  8. 1/2 teaspoonsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

    Mix flour, bananas, sugar, butter, chocolate chips, egg, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl until well combined

    Bake 15-20 minutes

    Drop 3-tablespoon portions dough onto the prepared baking sheet, about 2 to 3 inches apart. Sprinkle remaining 1 tablespoon sugar over cookies.
