Ingredients

3 mins
Enough for 1 large Salad
  • 1small garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoonanchovy paste - Optional but really good
  • 1 tbspfreshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tspDijon mustard
  • 1 tspWorcestershire sauce
  • 100 grmayonnaise, best quality
  • 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/4 teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper
  • For salad
  • 30 grfreshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
  • 1Bacon Rasher Chrispy Fried and Chopped
  • 1Hardboiled Egg - Quarters (optionl)
  • 1 TbspMini Crutons (optional)
  • 1 PackGood Salad - green mix or up to you

    For Dressing put all ingrediants in a small jar with lid and shake together.

    Put salad mix into a large bowl and add dressing and mix well. Put into a serving bowl and add the other topings and serve. I love this with a good steak :) - ENJOY :P

Well I started with Cookpad during Covid....... Guess alot of us did, Amazing Site great to share with passitionate people. I have no formal training but have eaten in some of the best fine dinning restraunts in the world and also learnt from My mum and Grandma with "a pinch of" and "about a handfull" - if we share we love.
