Ingredients

5 peoples
  1. 2 lbsChicken breast
  2. 2 1/2 cupsBellPeppers red, green, orange or yellow
  3. 1Onion medium
  4. Oil to spray
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. 1/4 tspBlack Pepper
  7. 1/4 tspWhite Pepper
  8. 1/4 tspCayenne pepper
  9. 3/4 tspGinger/garlic paste
  10. 2 tbspYoghurt
  11. 2-3 tbspCrushed Tomato canned
  12. Cilantro, green onions. For garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Cut chicken breast and onions and peppers into 1 inch cubes

  2. 2

    Place in a bowl chicken,peppers and onions. Marinate with all the spices above and ginger/garlic paste, yoghurt and tomatoes. And set aside.

    In a baking pan spray pan with a cooking spray. Spread the chicken mixture in a pan and put it in an oven and bake for 45-50 minutes or chicken is tender. At 425* F.

    Now put the oven to broil and let it cook till the chicken is little crisp and water dries up very little bit left.

    Serve Hot as is or with ketchup or hot sauce.
