    Peel the yam

    Wash it and cut it into slice

  3. 3

    Put it inside the pot,add water and salt to taste

  4. 4

    Leave it to cook for about 10 to 15 min

    And then put your eggs inside a bowl add curry onion and maggi

  6. 6

    Add egg, curry, onion, maggi and mix it properly. Add yam inside the bowl of the egg

  7. 7

    Set a frying pan over a medium of heat and add a few drops of vegetable oil.when hot,

  8. 8

    Add the yam inside the frying pan. fry for like 3min, but turn each side of the yam until a golden brown colour is achieved. Do that for the remaining yams

  9. 9

    Your yam are ready
