When I added yam to carrot soup it was really tasty, so I uploaded the recipe!

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1Carrot
  2. 1/2Onion
  3. 10 gramsButter
  4. 200 mlWater
  5. 1Soup stock cube
  6. 200 mlMilk
  7. 2 cmNagaimo yam
  8. 1 dashSalt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Thinly slice the onion and carrot.

  2. 2

    Melt butter in a saucepan and fry the onion and carrot.

  3. 3

    Add water and soup stock and bring to the boil. Simmer over low heat until the vegetables have softened.

  4. 4

    Blend it all in a mixer and then return it to the pan. Heat it up again. Add grated yam and bring it to the boil once more. Season with salt and pepper.
