My niece likes those one bite versions of all cookies out there in the market. When last time made jumbo size cookies, she demanded for those mini ones for herself.. So today I just got time to make them for her. She was so happy to see them 😍
Plus they turned out super crispy and crunchy.
One Bite Chocolate Chip Cookies
My niece likes those one bite versions of all cookies out there in the market. When last time made jumbo size cookies, she demanded for those mini ones for herself.. So today I just got time to make them for her. She was so happy to see them 😍

Cooking Instructions

In a food processor, add sugars and butter and mix well till creamy. Then add the egg and mix well.

Add all the dry ingredients and mix well. Do not over mix. You can do the mixing by hands too.

Now take out in a bowl and add chocolate chips. Mix well. Take 1/2 tsp of dough and make balls on a butter paper.

Add some extra chocolate chips on top and flatten the cookies from top with your finger. Freeze for 5 mins to set the shape.

Bake for 13-15 mins on lower burner, 2-3 mins on top burner. (for cooking range) Take and cool for 10 mins.
