Ingredients

1 hour (~20 minutes active)
2 People
  1. Veggies
  2. 5Husks of Corn
  3. 1Tomatillo
  4. Sauce
  5. 8 oz.Sour Cream
  6. 8 oz.Mayonnaise
  7. 4 oz.Cotija Cheese
  8. 1Lime
  9. 2 oz.Tajin
  10. Garnish
  11. Cilantro to Taste
  12. Tajin to Taste
  13. Cotija Cheese to Taste

Cooking Instructions

1 hour (~20 minutes active)

    De-husk / de-silk your corn. Use a knife to scrape / cut off the corn’s kernels. Rough chop your tomatillo. Put you VEGGIES in an oven safe pan and spice with CUMIN, GARLIC POWER, and OIL. Mix thoroughly and put in an over for 45 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Add your SAUCE ingredients into a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Put in the refrigerator.

    Remove your VEGGIES from the oven and add in portions to serving bowls. Coat the VEGGIES in their bowl with the SAUCE and mix thoroughly. Once mixed, add GARNISH as you like. LISTO!
