Ingredients

4-5 servings
  1. 2Brinjal
  2. Baisan batter
  3. 1 cupbaisan
  4. 1 tspred chilies powder
  5. 1 tspcumin powder
  6. 1 tspcorn flour
  7. 1/2 tspsalt
  8. 1/2 tspbaking powder
  9. Water for mixing
  10. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Put the baisan in the big bowl. Add chili powder and cumin powder

    Followed by Cornflour, salt and baking powder

    Mix first all dry ingredients.

    Then add water and mix it. I prefer with hands. So wash your hands and mix it. Consistency should be medium, not too runny not too thick. Keep aside.

    Mean while cut brinjal slices. Heat up the pan with oil then start by Dipping brinjal one by one in the batter and put it in preheated pan. Start frying by flipping and pour hot oil. Once it turns to golden, take it out in strainer or on newspaper.

    Put it in serving dish with your choice of chutney. I serve with Imli chutney. Enjoy your meal ☺️
