Itsa red sauce pasta in a very healthy way.you can have it in your main meal while you are on diet... believe me not even a gram will add on...veryy tasty yet very low calorie too.. I mein using here whole wheat pasta ...you can use wtever you like.

Ingredients

15-20 min
  1. as required Whole wheat panne pasta
  2. as required Green capsicum red n yellow bell pepper
  3. as required Onions
  4. as required Tomatoes garlic ginger paste
  5. as per tasteOil
  6. As Per TasteSalt
  7. as required Water for boiling pasta

Cooking Instructions

15-20 min
  1. 1

    Take a deep pan,add water,let it be boiled,add a pinch of salt,sm oil in it...add pasta in it.boil 80%.

    Strain pasta,but don't throw away it's water...keep it aside.

    Take a blender, add 4-5 tomatoes,add garlic ginger paste,1 Onion n sm dried n soaked red chilles. Blend them in to a paste.

    Take a deep wok or pan. Add oil, add garlic ginger paste, saute well, add sliced onions,saute till pink.

    Add tomato paste,cook for 6-7 min, add seasonings like salt, black pepper, chilli flakes, oregano

    Now add pasta,mix well...add sm pasta water,check consistency...

  7. 7

    If you like cheese,you can add that too at dis point

    Serve hot
