Ingredients

  1. 1 cupWhole wheat pasta
  2. 2tomatoes
  3. 1 tspButter
  4. 1 tspOil
  5. 2-3 podschopped garlic
  6. 1chopped Onion
  7. 1/2 tspRed Chilli powder
  8. 1/4 tspCrushed Black pepper
  9. 1/2 tspMixed herbs
  10. 1 tspTomato ketchup
  11. 4 cupswater
  12. as per tasteSalt
  13. as neededCheese cube

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan, add 2 cups of water.. Once the water is hot add 2 tomatoes. Cook till skin of tomatoes comes out.

    Let tomatoes cool and remove skin of tomatoes and make a puree out of that and keep aside.

    In another pan, add 2 cups of water and 1 tsp oil and Salt as per taste. Once water starts boiling add pasta and cook for 4-5 minutes till pasta becomes soft.

    Once pasta is cooked drain off excess water

    Now take a skillet.. add butter and once butter melts add chopped garlic.

  6. 6

    Once garlic turns golden brown add chopped onions and saute for 2 minutes.

    Further add tomato puree to it and cook for 2-3 minutes.

    Now add red chilli powder, black pepper and mixed herbs and mix well

  9. 9

    Then add tomato ketchup to it

  10. 10

    Finally add pasta to it.. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame. Once it cools down a bit transfer it to tiffin box.. I bet kids are going to love it.. Garnish with some grated cheese..Healty and tasty pasty is ready to go in lunchbox.. ENJOY!!!
