Ingredients

  1. 4green chillies
  2. 1/2 bowlmatar
  3. 5potatoes
  4. 4tomatoes
  5. 2onions
  6. 1/4 teaspoongaram masala
  7. as per tastesalt
  8. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  9. 1/4 teaspooncoriander powder
  10. 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  11. leavesas required Some coriander
  12. 1/2 teaspooncumin seeds
  13. 2 teaspoonoil
  14. 2-3finely chopped coriander leaves

    Heal the oil and pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.

    Then add chopped onion and green chilies to it. Ads of the tomatoes and matar and saute them till they become soft.

    Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala, coriander powder to it

    At the potatoes and step. Add water and let the potato curry cook for three whistles than on low flame for 4 to 5 minutes

    Garnish with some coriander leaves. Serve This sabji with Puri or roti
