Pan fried scallops with balsamic vinegar

This easy recipe is my sons favorite dish.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Wipe scallops dry.
In a pan with melted butter, the scallops on both sides over high heat with salt and pepper.
Turn over only once. - 2
Add the sherry and balsamic vinegar and boil down lightly.
Place on a plate and pour the remaining sauce in the pan.
sprinkle with chopped parsley on top and garnish with lemon.
