Ingredients

  1. 10-20Scallops
  2. Salt
  3. White pepper
  4. 1-2 tbspbutter
  5. 2-3 tbspsherry
  6. 1-2 tbspbalsamic vinegar
  7. Chopped parsley
  8. Lemon

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wipe scallops dry.
    In a pan with melted butter, the scallops on both sides over high heat with salt and pepper.
    Turn over only once.

  2. 2

    Add the sherry and balsamic vinegar and boil down lightly.
    Place on a plate and pour the remaining sauce in the pan.
    sprinkle with chopped parsley on top and garnish with lemon.
