  • 2 cupstrawberries, chopped halves
  • 3 tbspbalsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • 1 tbspfresh lemon juice (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Place the strawberries in a medium bowl and add all the ingredients, mixing well until blended.

    Or cover the bowl and shake it gently to coat well with the vinegar.

  3. 3

    Marinate for at least 15-20 minutes before serving. Serve and enjoy!
