  4. 1raw mango
  5. 1 tspturmeric
  6. 1 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1 tspcoriander powder
  8. 1 tspfennel seeds powder
  9. As per tasteSalt
  10. As RequiredWater
  11. 1 tbsoil
  12. 1 pinchhing
  13. 7-8garlic cloves

    Wash and cut in small sizes. Also chop onion, green chili, and mango. Add everything in a big pot and add all dry masala, salt, and water. Cover the lid and let it cook for 10 minutes.

    After that, you can check it's done. Now take a kadhai add oil and add chopped garlic and hing. Now add ready karela sabji and stir it occasionally

    Our karela sabji is ready to serve. Have it with roti, paratha, or puri.
