Stuffed masala karela / bittergourd
Cooking Instructions

Wash the karela and cut the both sides and cut the middle and remove the seeds from inside of the karela

Heat the water in a pan add karela and add salt in it and boil it

Boil for 20 minutes on medium flame now take out in a plate and keep the side

Heat the oil in a kadhai now add chopped onions and mix it well
- 5
Now add salt and mix it well and cover it with lid for the minutes

In a jar add garlic, cumin seeds and karela seeds and add little water and make a paste

Now add all masala like turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, coriander powder, garam masala and add paste in the kadhai now add half cup of water and mix it well

Cook it well now cover with the lid for 5 minutes after 5 minutes you see oil popping out

Now add dry mango powder and mix it well now off the flame now stuffing is ready take out in a plate and late it cool

Now stuff the karela with prepared mixture and keep the side now heat the oil in a kadhai

Now add the stuffing karela in the kadhai and cover with the lid for 5 minutes after 5 minutes check it and cook the both sides

Now take out in a plate in that kadhai add stunning masala and add little water and salt

Now mix it well now add stunning fry karela and mix it well

Now cover it with lid for 5 minutes after 5 minutes off the flame now stuffed masala kerala is ready to serve
